Payments can be made by money order, or cheque. When shopping on-line use the shopping cart option. This processing protects you as a consumer and us as a business. You may also pay by Paypal, Mastercard and Visa. When choosing this selection and you have been redirected to paypal to complete the transaction be sure to click the button on the bottom right hand side of the screen to return to merchant to activate you order tracking. If you have a TD Canada Trust near by and wish to do deposit this way just checkout under money order and then email with the request for banking information. All prices and payments are in Canadian funds. Please do not ask us to price match with US companies or ebay sales. None of those companies can honour any manufactures warranties or support regardless of what they may tell you. Bottom line warranty, service and tech. support costs money.
Shipping will be anywhere between 3 days to 3 weeks depending on stock and customer location. Once you have processed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you of product availability and estimated time of arrival. If for any reason the product becomes out of stock or is no longer available you may request a refund or choose an alternative product. We update our website everyday and try to maintain up to date product info and pricing. All shipments have FREE SHIPPING over $100.00 - TO ALL OF CANADA!. Otherwise there is a flat rate fee of $9.95 for shipping on all orders below $100.00. All ordered are shipped via Canada Post.
Returns can only be made for warranty purposes. All sales are final. If you have an item that needs to be returned for repair or replacement an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be complete and faxed back to us. Any item to which has been abused, neglected, improperly connected, tempered with and/or altered (Physically, Labels or Serial Numbers) will be void from all warranties. Speakers that have been over exerted, rips, tears, or burnt or over powered voice coils are also void from any warranty. All products are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated by Smart Auto Sound Solutions and may not be covered by manufacture warranty due to territorial limitations. Smart Auto Sound Solutions and/or manufacture reserve the right to repair and/or replace the defective product at our discretion. No warranty on Neon Products due to shipping damage. We have no control over these issues. We try to package all products with great care. The following lines can be returned to the manufacture for warranty:JBL, Infinity, Ultimate, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Lanzar, Legacy, Pyramid, Pyle, Bassworx, Audiopipe, and XXX (Not X-File). The remainder of our lines must be returned to us for dealing with warranty as they have been imported from the US.
